Logbook HELP!
Some award programmes require a specific ADIF format to upload your log file. The easiest way to get every activation into the right format is the ADIF Converter, built by ON3MOH.
How to use the ADIF Converter
- Upload the .adi file exported by your logging software.
- Fill in your callsign and the activation date.
- Enable the activation(s)/reference(s) that apply (ONBOTA, BCA, TOTA, POTA, ONFF, FBOTA, ...) โ you can combine several at once.
- Download the generated file(s): the tool creates one separate, correctly formatted .adi file per enabled activation.
- Submit each file to the right programme (the tool tells you exactly where for each one).
Prefer to avoid a conversion step altogether? Use portable logging software that saves your ADIF directly in the correct format, such as Ham2K PoLo, QW or FLE โ see the Portable Software page for download links. For logs from other software that don't fit a specific programme (e.g. WWFF), the excellent ADIFmaster tool can add the necessary ADIF fields.
