BOS ADI Converter

Upload, edit QSOs, enable your activation(s), and download a separate .adi file per activation.

1. Upload ADI file

2. Activation details "Call On Air" is the exact callsign used on air (ADIF field STATION_CALLSIGN, e.g. with /P). "Operator" is the actual license holder / control operator (ADIF field OPERATOR). Fill in whichever applies to you — if you fill in a field here, that value is written into every QSO of the exported ADIF file(s), overriding whatever was in the original file.

3. Activations & references Below, enable which activation(s) you are doing (simultaneously). A separate .adi file will be created for each enabled activation when downloading.

4. Edit QSOs 0 QSOs

6. What do you need to do with the files now? Each downloaded .adi file is intended for one specific program. Below you'll find, per activation, where and how to submit it.

ActivationWhat should you do with this .adi file?

TOTA Upload the file via belgiumoutdoorshack.be/tota.
BELMOTA Upload the file via belgiumoutdoorshack.be/belmota.
BLHA Upload the file via belgiumoutdoorshack.be/blha.
POTA Upload the file via pota.app.
ONFF ✉
Click ONFF to e-mail the file and your photos directly from this website — a photo as proof of your location, and for a QRP activation also a photo of your radio. (Or email the file yourself to onfflogapproval@gmail.com, together with those photos and whether it was a GoGreen / QRP activation.) Then upload it via cqgma.org.
Not sure which file belongs to which activation? The filename generated by the tool always refers to the chosen reference type.

7. Split large ADI file Is your .adi file larger than 2 MB (for example a large log covering several activations)? Upload it here and this tool will split it into several smaller parts. The file is only ever cut between QSO records — never in the middle of one — so each part remains a complete, independently valid ADIF file that can be imported or uploaded on its own.
